After a rollercoaster year for the NHS, we’re delighted to have partnered with Black Country and West Birmingham Local Maternity and Neonatal System (LMNS) to help deliver a hard-hitting anti-smoking campaign targeting smoking households.
Running across four hospital sites – Walsall, Wolverhampton, Dudley and Sandwell, the campaign will encompass punchy photography, clever copywriting, acute art direction and daring design, reinforced by local influencer activity.
LMNS Communications Lead, Tina Faulkner, comments:
“This campaign has to offer something different; be hard-hitting but thought-provoking. People have become desensitised to the shocking images that are already in existence so this needed a fresh approach. And it’s important that it reaches smokers that live in the same household as a mum-to-be. This is all about taking collective responsibility for the health of an unborn baby.”
Founding Partner, Angel Gaskell, adds:
“We were absolutely thrilled when this project landed on our desk. We love working on anything bold and disruptive, but this is a truly special opportunity to work with the NHS to really make a difference in our local communities. Working closely with the LMNS Communications Lead, we’re looking forward to bringing our clients vision to reality.
Launching in 2021, the campaign is due to go live in January and we can’t wait to share it with the community.
