With exhilaration and excitement at the heart of Bear Grylls Adventure, they needed an energising advertising campaign to match. With a clear objective to entice new audiences and promote their online discount, it was down to HDY to help create an engaging mechanic to drive footfall, creating even more buzz around the Midlands.

Working collaboratively with Heart (the most listened to radio station in the West Midlands), we hooked listeners in with a creative comp, encouraging them to watch a video of Bear with Heart’s presenters exploring the adventure park. Viewers then had to answer a question to be entered into the draw, allowing for all-important data capture.

With results leaving the client jumping for joy, the activity contributed to the busiest October half term Bear Grylls Adventure has ever had, as well as a significant increase in both awareness and their own email database!
