Our client WorldSkills UK champions young people, helping them to go further, faster in their careers, gaining skills that employers need most.

With connecting different industries being so key to their aims, we put on an exclusive event at the prestigious Royal Navy Club in London’s Mayfair, bringing together high-profile c-suite industry leaders within construction to push the agenda.

Managing everything from stakeholder engagement and invitations to socialising the event on the day, we created an insightful ‘expectations’ and ‘outcomes’ interview series with attendees for the internal team. Accompanying this, we also developed an in-depth whitepaper containing fascinating insights that drew record levels of engagement across WorldSkills UK’s key comms channel, LinkedIn.

Following the success of the roundtable we led on an additional Youth Summit roundtable for WorldSkills UK, this time aimed specifically at the engineering sector, addressing why the industry isn’t a preferred choice for young people, and what the industry can do to change its perception issues.
