With amazing ‘holiday like never before’ positioning, Iona was set to reinvigorate the cruise experience – and the retail experience Iona was selling needed to match.
Supporting global cruise retail specialist Harding with their recruitment campaign, we produced a modern and immersive attraction book to entice top talent on board.
Marrying Iona’s vision to create extraordinary travel experiences with ‘The Harding Way’, we injected high-energy personality into the attraction book, creating new, fun personas for each retail position to resonate with Iona’s image and the brands on board.
