Is it a bird? Is it a plane? Yes! Well, it’s several planes. Actually, it’s an entire airport! We’re super-excited to take our portfolio to new heights as we proudly announce our latest partnership with Birmingham Airport (BHX).
On a mission to drive awareness around the jobs available, and to change perceptions around working in an airport, Birmingham Airport is aiming to bolster the number of people in its security and customer facing teams to create a smoother and more pleasant experience, not only for its travellers, but its employees too.
Birmingham Airport called for a creative marketing agency, HDY Agency, to support this important objective. Using a laser-targeted paid social campaign and engaging animated assets, the sky was the limit. We are now on a mission to inspire job seekers of various backgrounds to apply online for roles at the airport.
Stuart Haseley-Nejrup, Head of Customer Experience at Birmingham Airport, said: “We’re excited to be attracting fresh new faces into our team. With help from a creative agency such as HDY, which has a history of attracting and retaining Generation Z, we are confident that their strategy will help us achieve our objectives, bring more variety into our teams and create a smoother journey for travellers.”
“The team at HDY understands our audience and we are confident that their creative flair and strategic expertise will lead to the successful employment of a vibrant new team.”
Beatrice Vears, Managing Director of HDY Agency, said: “HDY is proud to be working alongside Birmingham Airport in their mission to attract a variety of employees into its teams. It’s inspiring to see companies are invested in working towards being more diverse and inclusive for their staff and their customers.”
